  by Priyanka Jadhav   MUMBAI, : Bank of India announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Bank’s net profit increased by 36.23% YoY to ₹3,068 crore in Q1 FY27. Return on Assets and Return on Equity improved to 1.01% and 16.12%, respectively. Rajneesh Karnatak, MD & CEO, Bank of India (BoI), said the bank is eyeing inflows of about $1.2 billion via fresh FCNR (B) deposits under the RBI’s limited period concessional swap window. The bank has so far raised $200 million via these deposits since June 8th. Bank’s Gross NPA ratio improved by 111 bps from 2.92% in Jun’25 to 1.81% in Jun’26. Net NPA ratio improved by 24 bps from 0.75% in Jun’25 to 0.51% in Jun’26. Global deposits rose about 15 per cent y-o-y to ₹9,57,924 crore as at June-end 2025.
