April 2015, Pune:  IPL – Season 8 began with a bang yesterday at the Salt Lake stadium, Kolkata. Three players of the Kings XI Punjab team were seen celebrating the commencement of the IPL 8 today at the Kitchens in Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan.







Feeling at home at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan Shaun Marsh, David Miller & Beuran Hendricks went behind the cooking range & Showcased their culinary skills.Shaun Marsh whipped up Spaghetti pomodoro, David Miller made a Chicken roasted mustered Sandwich and Beuran Hendricks baked a Pizza with the Chef Girish Kumar and surprised their team mates.



Heading the newest Marriott in Pune – Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan, General Manager, Mr. Hemant Tenneti, has got his hands full as his is the official host hotel in Pune for this IPL Season. And at the helm of Hotel operations, this Captain is all set to rally his team members to extend distinguished Marriott hospitality to the cricketers and match officials.




Speaking on the occasion Mr. Tenneti says, "Marriott International and IPL have a long standing relationship since the first season and we are delighted to welcome them to Pune after a gap of two years. Courtyard by Marriott Chakan is perfectly suited and prepared to host the teams this season. We look forward to lots of action and fun"
