“ORION MALL” The First Premier Mall Launched in Panvel City

Navi Mumbai, April 27, 2016:

launched their latest and one of the biggest projects in the city, the Orion
Mall in Panvel city. This mall is a Premiere mall in Panvel and with an approx area
of over 3.5 lakh sq. ft., this is the largest retail and entertainment complex
in the city and also the third largest mall in Navi Mumbai. The project cost is
about Rs.150cr taking tenure of 4 years to complete and the valuation of this
investment will be far more than this and in the time to come this will
multiply in many folds, predicts the company.
Apart
from its landmark location and this pioneer mall will house the first PVR
theatre screen of Navi Mumbai and in addition will also have a 31,373 Sq. ft.Hyper City
store inside the mall. The other retail and lifestyle brands expected to fill
the commercial spaces inside include Shoppers Stop, MAX, Woodland, Gangar, Park
Avenue and Baggit, to name a few. It will also have scrumptious options like
McDonalds, Café Coffee Day, Subway and many more restaurants to ensure a
shopping and entertainment delight for all customers.
Talking
on the launch of Orion Mall, Mr.Mangesh Parulekar,

order to match the copious offerings at Orion Mall, the inauguration was also grandeur
event with eminent dignitaries like Mr
Prashant Thakur, MLA, Panvel and Mr Pushkar Shroti, Marathi Film Actor, present
for the ribbon cutting. Other key personalities included Mr Ramesh Menon, CEO,
HyperCity, Mr Govind Shrikhande, Customer care Associate & Managing Director,
Shoppers Stop and Mr Vijay Kapoor, V.P, PVR. The ribbon cutting was followed by
a traditional dance performance and other theatrical activities.
With
Panvel city being one of the preferred destination for residential spaces and
its proximity to Pune and other regions, the Orion Mall,near Bus Depot,Final
Plot No 311,Mumbai – Pune Highway is surely beget a lot of crowd and attention
with its varied offerings.
