Mumbai, 1st June : Shri Saibaba Samadhi Shatabdi Mahotsav: On behalf of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi), Shri Saibaba Samadhi Shatabdi Mahotsav will be celebrated during the period from 01st October 2017 to 18the October 2018. The following are the important decisions in connection with the Samadhi Shatabdi Mahotsav taken by Chairman of the Sansthan Hon Dr. Suresh Haware and Hon Trust Committee:



Saisevak Yojana:Thousands of devotees arrive daily at Shirdi for Shri Saibaba Samadhi Darshan. At the same time from places in the State such as Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Shahapur, Bhiwandi, Aurangabad, Ahmendnagar, Jalgaon, Dhule and also from various places from other States hundreds of Padyatris arrive at Shirdi with their Palakhis round the year. Many of these people have requested the Sansthan for allowing them to lend their services.  The Sansthan is considering implementation of SAISEVAK SCHEME on the lines of SEVEKARI SCHEME at Shegaon. The Scheme is being implemented so as to increase the service quality behavior at Shri Saibaba Temple and to provide immaculate service to the disciples. Considering Shri Saibaba Samadhi Centenary Year, we shall also need a large number of Sevaks. The Management Committee has therefore decided to honor Padyatri Disciples accompanying the Palakhis with SAISEVAK and to give them a chance to serve Shri Saibaba. The Shri Sai disciples accompanying Palakhi should form each group of 21 persons and the Group should be registered with the Sansthan. Every GROUP will have 20 members and 01 Chief. Every group will be allowed to serve for 07 days in one year. Thus around 10,500 SAISEVAKs will help the Sansthan during Shri Saibaba Samadhi Centenary Year. The FIRST honor of this service will be provided to the Padyatri disciples accompanying Palakhi. The services are to be provided FREE OF CHARGE by the disciples. The Sansthan will arrange FREE OF CHARGE accommodation, food, breakfast and tea for these SAISEVAKs.Two representatives each from every Padayatri Sai Palakhi have been invited to the get together Sai Palakhi Representatives Sammelan and the same will be held at Siddha Sankalp Marriage Hall, SAKURI on the 14th JUNE 2017 at 10.00 a.m.

IAS Academy: Shri. Kashinath Patil of the Saidham Trust Virar, has donated two buildings located at Sai Palkhi Niwara near Shirdi costing Rs. 32 Crores to the Sansthan. At this location an IAS Academy (Training Center) will be started from the ensuing 1st October. 100 candidates will be admitted to this Academy. A trainee will get only one chance and the duration of training will be one year. Eminent trainers from across the nation will arrive here for training the candidates. No fees will be charged form the trainees being trained here. FREE education, accommodation, food and others will be arranged for the candidates selected for training. Graduates from any stream are eligible for admission and those desirous of attending the Competitive examination for the same should contact the Shri Saibaba Sansthan will their complete details. Through the medium of this Academy, neglected, deprived, tribal, backward and children of farmers residing in villages who are economically weaker will be benefitted. If Officers such as IAS are created in the community where we would like to bring progress, this will definitely accelerate the speed of progress for the community.


Ex Chairman of the Maharashtra Public Service Commission Mr. Sudhir Thakare has been selected to be the Chairman of the Governing Council of IAS Academy and Shri Thakare has kindly consented to be the Chairman.

Shri Saibaba Paduka Darshan Celebrations: On the occasion of a Centenary of Shri Saibaba Samadhi various celebrations will be held in Maharashtra as well as other areas in India and abroad. At the same time in order to carry the immense importance of Shri Saibaba across the oceans, Shri Saibaba Paduka will be carried to 25 Countries of the World so that the disciples can pay obeisance. A special Sai Chariot will be created and Shri Saibaba Paduka will be carried for darshan and obeisance to every District in Maharashtra and every State of India through the medium of Sai Chariot.

Sai International Marathon Competition: In order for the propagation and publicity of Shri Saibaba Shatabdi Mahotsav 2018, An International Sai Marathon Competition will be held at Shirdi on the 15th October 2017. Within this the Full Marathon Competition will be of 42 Kilometers distance and half marathon will be of 21 Kilometers distance. Sai Pheri will be of 3 kilometers distance. The number of participants at the Competition would be around 50,000 and this would create a World record.

Sai Srushti Project: This project will be established on 21 acres of land at Nimgaon Korhale. In the central portion of the project a huge idol of Shri Saibaba. Through the medium of modern technology various incidents from Shri Saibaba’s life will be brought alive through audio, video, illumination, light and sound and special effects. 
The following projects will be erected at the venue:
Sai Tarangan (Sai Planetarium)  Sai Planetarium will be created where the visitors will be able to see stars with modern technology. In order for multilevel 3 D projection a high technology Planetarium will be prepared. This will be an added attraction for Shri Sai devotees.

Wax Museum: At this Wax Museum 100 wax statues will be prepared out of which 50 will be of Great National Leaders and 50 statues will be of saints. With instruments such as I-pad and headphone near every statue the complete information about the person could be heard and seen.
Star Gazing Gallery: Here 25 Ultra-modern Telescopes will be established through which the students and visitors will be able to practically observe the sky, the stars and study them.

Science Park: Here an exhibition of various science projects and models from the field of Science will be found.

Sai Virtual Reality Show: In this Sai Virtual Reality Show visitors will be able to personally experience Darshan of Shri Saibaba and observe some of the live episodes from Shri Sai Saccharit through this 25 minute high technology Holographic medium show.

Silver Paduka Gift Scheme for Sai devotees offering Donations: For Sai devotees offering a donation of Rs. 25,000 and above to Shri Saibaba Sansthan will be offered a gift of 20 Gram Silver Paduka which have been worshiped at Shri Samadhi Mandir from the 09th July 2017 from the auspicious occasion of Guru Pournima Utsav, on behalf of the Sansthan.

Sai Cancer Hospital: In order that the dreadful disease such as cancer is diagnosed a 100 Bed Saibaba Cancer Hospital will be established through the cooperation of Tata Trust and on behalf of the Saibaba Sansthan. This project will come up at an expense of around Rs. 125 Crores and will take one year for completion.

Art Hall and Library: Shirdi Bus Station has been constructed through the medium of Shri Saibaba Sansthan. On the first and second floor of this building a huge auditorium of art work based on Shri Saibaba, a library, Paintings room and documentation center will be established. Internet facility will be provided here. The Library at this center will have various volumes and also an exhibition of artifacts by many artists.

Free Wi-Fi services at Shirdi City: Lakhs of devotees arrive at Shridi for a Samadhi Darshan of Shri Saibaba from around all corners of the country and also abroad. In order that the Sai devotees should receive the benefits of online facilities as also information about Shri Saibaba and Shirdi city immediately, FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE is going to be started at the Shirdi city on behalf of the Sansthan from the 1st August 2017.

One Lakh Tree Plantation :  Van Mahotsav announced by government of Maharashtra will be celebrated from 1st to 7th July. For achieving the target of Green and Clean Shirdi, Shri Saibaba Sansthan will undertake a program of 1 Lakh Tree plantation. The trees will be planted on both sides of Shirdi-Nashik and Nagar-Manmad roads. At the same time exotic flower trees will be planted at every square at the Shirdi city as well as at every road divider. The management Committee has taken a decision to keep the complete city clean and cooperation of Shirdi Nagar Panchayat has been obtained. Necessary manpower and modern machines will be used for this purpose.

Solid waste project: Shirdi city produces around 20 tons of solid wastes. For the same an ultramodern solid waste processing project with a 20 ton capacity will be erected. The gas and electricity that will be created from the project will be used for the Temple.

Sai Rose Agarbatti: A large number of devotees arrive at Shirdi for a darshan of Shri Saibaba. With the devotion and dedication they have for Shri Saibaba, they offer a lrge quantity of Roses and Rose garlands to Baba. Every day Sai Temple gathers 1 ton of rose flowers and garlands. These are used for felicitation purposes. The management Committee has decided to manufacture Sai Rose Agarbatti from the remaining rose flowers. The work will be provided to the local Mahila Bachat Gat so that the women will have employment as well. The sales of this agarbatti will be arranged through the medium of Temple.  

Foot Energy: Shirdi is visited by almost over 50,000 devotees every day for Shri Sai darshan. A unique modern project which will utilize the walking power to create energy from the walk of the devotees in the darshan lines is going to come to life very soon. Through the medium of this foot power the lights and fans in the darshan lines will be activated. This will be the FIRST IN INDIA project of foot power.

Helping women and students from suicide affected farmer families: The management Committee has taken a decision to help women and students from suicide affected farmer families. The women from such suicide affected families will be rehabilitated through provision of implements for employment. The students will be helped for education. The initiative will be implemented through the medium of social institutions.

Centenary Year program: On the occasion of Shri Saibaba Samadhi Shatabdi Celebrations, programs which include World records will be arranged every month for one year. This would include programs of social service and enlightenment of people. All these programs will be implemented at Shirdi. Sai devotion will be awakened through the medium of Sai Chariot across the nation.

Hair Donation at Tirupati…Blood Donation at Shirdi : On behalf of the Shri Sainath Blood Bank of the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Shirdi, a daily Blood Donation Camp has started in the Sai Temple area. With effective implementation of this program, an initiative will be started to supply Blood to many Blood Banks across the State.

Pictorial Shirdi:The management Committee has decided to place Paintings and oil paintings of Shri Saibaba at various locations in Shirdi during the Shri Saibaba Maha-Samadhi Shatabdi Year period. These locations will be Shirdi Bus station, Railway Station, Face walls of important compounds, house walls of all the houses in Shirdi and others. Opportunity will be given to various artists, students and painters for the same. Help from the volunteers will also be sought for the same.
