Miami-based celebrity portrait photographer and Pulitzer Prize winner – Brian Smith comes to India for the very first time!

Renowned photographer Brian Smith steps foot into Mumbai for the first time as a speaker at the first ever Asia Level photography conference: PEP Asia. Portrait and Event Photography (PEP) Asia, a revolutionary event conceptualized and curated by Joseph Radhik, Joshua Karthik and Arjun Rajan, to elevate learning in photography for the budding photographers of tomorrow with some of the finest photographers from across the globe to share their ideas and style of the art. The event will be held in Mumbai from the 21st to the 24th of April, 2017 at the Sheila Gopal Raheja Auditorium, Balgandharva Rang Mandir, and Mumbai with the motive to mould the crude passions of photographers with the learnings of renowned photographers.
Each day has an array of speakers lined up for the participants. Eminent photographer Brian Smith is one of the speakers at the event. After more than 30 years in the industry, Brian stands proudly as the winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Spot News Photography for his photographs of the Los Angeles Olympic Games. From shooting iconic portraits of famous celebrities from Anne Hathaway to Donald Trump, Brian has graced the covers and pages of hundreds of magazines including ESPN the Magazine, Forbes, New York Times Magazine, Elle and British GQ and many more.
Being the U.S. Sony Global Imaging Brand Ambassador, Brian is set to come to India with Sony for PEP Asia this April. Global Imaging Ambassadors programme, is an initiative by Sony to work in close partnership with photographers diverse in both style and geographical location. The symbiotic partnership extends its hands with PEP Asia bringing some of the most exceptional photography learnings by giving wings and a platform for the seekers of the aperture-d art.
