Ideally, when an individual gets set to perform an act, he or she would like to be in his or her best state of mind before the same. So far, in Tanishaa Mukerji's case in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, that has exactly been the case due to which her performances have been widely appreciated by the audience. However, her recent performance was not just a test of her hard work and rehearsals before her act but also her temperament and her ability to stay calm and cool during stressful situations. Yes, you got that right readers.

Just before her recent performance in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Tanishaa was apprised that her adorable pet dog Leo was hospitalized. While it certainly got her nervous and stressed out, Tanishaa continued with her act without backing off at the last moment thereby proving that she is a thorough professional and someone who's serious towards her commitment. Like a rock-solid figure, she managed to stay ice-cool and not just that, she managed to give a breathtaking performance as well keeping her pet dog in mind at that time. Regarding her performance and her thought process at that time, the actress shares,

"For me, Leo is not just my pet dog. He is my family and my everything. I was shocked and I broke down for some time when I heard about his hospitalization at that time just some time prior to my performance. While my heart wanted to focus just on Leo, I had a job in hand and I couldn't let my team, my judges and my fans down. So, with a heavy heart and strong mindset, I did my best to focus on my performance and act before trying to know more about Leo. Of course, unlike my other performances, I was a lot more stressed out. However, as an actor or performer, you can let your personal life stress be seen on-screen when you are performing and that's exactly what I tried and I am glad I was successful in doing that. This helped me discover a new side of myself and my ability to stay cool in such situations. By God's grace, Leo is fine now. I have taken him for routine check-ups and it's all fine now."

She concluded by saying,"Thanks to my audience for showing their love and support to me and for constantly motivating me to bring out the best out of myself. I am immensely grateful."

On the work front, it will be very exciting and interesting to see what performance Tanishaa comes up with next in the show.
