TOPSGRUP appoints Harsh Wardhan as Vice Chairman & CEO

Topsgrup, the Indian security giant that owns Tops Security Limited and The Shield Guarding Company Limited in the UK, has appointed Harsh Wardhan as the Vice Chairman and CEO for their Indian operations.

With an array of prestigious roles at leading Indian corporations, Harsh has been recognised as one of the most notable security professionals in India, earning an award as the Best Security Professional by the then Union Home Minister of India, Dr. Shivraj Patil. With a coveted reputation for multiplying the capabilities of a company, Harsh occupied the position of the CEO of G4S India for nearly 7 years, during which he grew the company from 24,000 to 120,000 personnel, making it the largest manpower security company in the world. Following this, he launched the brand Securitas in India, again growing the company by 150% within just 24 months, gaining strategic and global accounts including the British High Commission, Motorola, Honeywell, Hewlett Packard, IGI airport and several 5 star hotels.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in working with reputed MNCs and large Indian corporate houses, at the senior-most levels. Operating under the title of CEO for the past 16 years, Harsh is well-versed with handling the responsibilities of a corporate conglomerate, professing large turnovers and extensive manpower. Prior to joining TOPSGRUP, he was the CEO of Jindal Urban Infrastructure, being in charge of Rs 800 crores of committed investments, within the 15 billion USD group. Through this company, he commissioned India’s first and largest Waste to Energy plant in New Delhi, aside from implementing several other projects and initiating businesses internationally. Further, in the past, he has also worked with U.B Group, PepsiCo, Shaw Wallace, and IndoRama.
