Mumbai India – February 5, 2024: Diversey, a SolenisCompany, announced its growth plans for India's water treatment and hygiene sectors during a press meeting with their global and regional management teams. Following the merger of Solenis and Diversey in 2023, the company is now a more diversified company with significantly increased scale, broader global reach and the ability to offer a ‘one- stop shop’ suite of solutions that meet customer demand and address water management, cleaning and hygiene issues on a global basis. As aresult, the company anticipates significant opportunitiesfor growth in India's tourism infrastructure and hygienedevelopment sectors. With investments in the value chain and innovation capabilities, the company is poised to capitalize on India's economic growth while ensuring a positive contribution.
