World Dental Show, the Biggest Dental Event of the Year inaugurated ~ Celebrating 125th birth anniversary of Dr. R. Ahmed, Father of Indian Dentistry~ Mumbai, 16th October 2015 : World Dental Show (WDS), the biggest dental event of the year, an initiative of Indian Dental Association (IDA) was inaugurated at MMRDA Ground, Bandra Kurla Complex amidst a glittering function. The programme was attended by Dr. L. K. Prasad, Chairman WDS, Dr. Alias Thomas, President IDA, Dr. Ashok Dhoble, Hon. Secretary General, IDA , Dr. T. C. Wong, Immediate Past President FDI, Dr. Suresh Barpande, Joint Director, Medical Education and Research, Dr. Kim Chuan How, FDI Councillor amongst others. During the inauguration ceremony tributes were paid to late Dr. R. Ahmed, Father of Indian Dentistry, whose 125th Birth Anniversary is being celebrated by IDA.
