SIFFCY Finalises Films for 2015 International Film Festival for Children and Youth SIFFCY (Smile International Film Festival for Children and Youth) has announced the final selections of films for this year's (2015) film festival, which will be held at Sirifort Auditorium, New Delhi during 21-27 December 2015.  More than 80 films will be showcased in this year's festival that includes 30 feature films, 30 Shorts and documentaries and 20 students’ films.
