Lucent Industries Limited (BSE: 539682) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, 24th February 2025, to consider the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation with Mobavenue Media Private Limited.

This proposal outlines a potential vertical expansion for Lucent Industries in the MadTech (MarTech + AdTech) sector.
