Shreeji Shipping Global Limited Receives Approval under Tonnage Tax Scheme from Income Tax Department

Apollo Micro Systems Secures ₹510.25 Million Defence & Private Sector Orders

  Apollo Micro Systems has received fresh business orders worth Rs 510.25 million from the Ministry of Defence, public sector defence undertakings, and private companies, according to an exchange filing dated May 8, 2026. The Hyderabad-based defence electronics company said the orders were secured during the ordinary course of business, with private sector contracts contributing the largest share. Skin banks in Mumbai receive only 25% of the required donations each month. Around 70% of burn patients are in the 15-35-year age group. FIEO Urges RBI for Liquidity Support as Freight Costs Surge Amid West Asia Disruptions

According to FIEO, logistical challenges have significantly escalated transportation costs, particularly for shipments to the Middle East, where freight rates have surged by as much as 300–400 per cent. The disruption has also spilled over into air cargo, further straining exporters.
