NIFT, Mumbai one of the premier institutes in fashion celebrated ‘The Graduation Show 2013’  with much  fanfare @ JBT Hall, NCPA.



The evening was inaugurated by Mr.Dilip Jiwrajka, owner Alok Industries &,Ms,.Nilima Rani Singh,Director-NIFT,Mumbai.




The highlight of the evening was 69 graduating batch students of the Fashion Designing & Knitwear Departments who showcased their extraordinary collections ‘FASHIONOVA’ and ‘KNITMODA’. Some of the exciting themes the students have worked on were Code of facets, Double Take, The Pilgrim Progress,From God with Love and many more.




The fashion show was distinctly choreographed by ace fashion choreographer Achala Sachdev.
The  action packed evening ended with  the students being conferred with a range of awards sponsored by Globus, NOAH Fashions, Usha International, Sheetal India,Meher Castelino etc. by eminent dignitaries.



Eclectic mix of celebs,socialites & renowned models seen at the event included, Narendra Kuma, Ahmed, Chetan Hansraj, Nisha Jamwal, Shakti Arora, Jia Mustafa, Neha Bhasin, Dolly Thakore, Achala Sachdev, Krishna Mehta, Pradeep Hirani, Meher Castellino, Candice Pinto, Alesia Raut, Dipti Gujral, Hemangi Parte, Asif Azim, Siddharth Rawal, and many more.'

Excellent Classes organises 34th edition of HUES, felicitates its meritorious students

by Priya Jadhav  Mumbai, 2 nd  January 2024:   Excellent Classes,   a pioneer coaching institute in Mumbai   organised its 34 th   Annual Program called HUES - Honouring Unique & Excellent Students, where the institute rewarded the hard work and achievement of its students for the year 2023. Dr. Zaibunnisa Malik, an educationist and social activist working for the upliftment of underprivileged children graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.     Briefing about HUES, Dr. Jamil Khan, Director of Excellent Classes  informed, “At HUES, we celebrate the performance of our students who performed exceptionally well in their Boards and Entrance exams like – ICSE, SSC, NEET, etc. The students have been working very hard for these exams and this is a way to celebrate and acknowledge their hard work.”  Students who were felicitated at the program are - Mahi Naik secured 95.6% in SSC and stood first in the institute.
