I made a purchase of expensive solitaires, paid the bill and have the
certificates, only to be told by Mr Sameer, that ""those diamonds not
theirs"" and that
"" they don't deal with solitaires!! "" IT SEEMS HE JUST PICKED THEM UP
FROM THE MARKET!!
Ironically when making the purchase that was not the case. Three years
later they put their hands up and leave the customer in a learch.
Unfair and unreasonable. I shall be taking this matter up legally.
They are extremely
unreliable and untrust worthy. Mr Sameer sold me these solitaires and
now claims that he doesn't deal in solitaires!! He just ""picked it up
from the market""
How cool is that Sir?? Bad experience and heavy lost for me. Go there
only if you want to be cheated!!
Go there only if you want to be duped! They send messages like ""calm
down"" and ""sorry that you have an image of us"" I would like to tell
them that when a customer spends her hard earned money and is told she
is loosing lakhs due to their whim, it is unreasonable to expect a
customer to stay calm or worry about YOUR image!"" I would like to see
how calm Mr Sameer will be if he were to loose lakhs. CHEATS
Manubhai Jewellers has been a disastrous
experience. Feel so disturbed, after paying him lakhs he claims the
diamonds are not his!! I have a bill and certificate even then!! Worst
experience of my life!!
