Dev Information Technology Ltd. (BSE: 543462, NSE: DEVIT), an end-to-end technology solutions provider delivering digital transformation leveraging cloud, automation and data technologies has announced that it has secured a noteworthy order from our prestigious client for “Selection of Agency for Study, Design, Development and Implementation of Kaushal Darpan Portal & Application”.


This is for design and development of Holistic Integrated Portal for 140+ Polytechnic Colleges under DTE (Director Technical Education) and 1500+ ITI (Industrial Training Institutes) under Board of Technical Education Rajasthan; monitoring various processes and components like Admission Management, Examination Management, Apprenticeship & Placement Management, Inventory Management, Establishment Management and Trainee Management System which also includes operations and maintenance of application and portal for the period of three years.


Recently, the company secured work orders towards providing SQL Server Enterprise & Windows Server for further enabling Gujarat Chief Minister Office’s Dashboard Application and various other key software solution applications specific to quite a few other Departments of the Gujarat Government hosted in Gujarat State Data Centre.


Earlier, Dev It’s board had approved to acquire 100% stake of Dhyey Consulting Services Private Limited. For the purpose of same the board of directors have considered and approved execution of share purchase agreement amongst Dev Information Technology Limited, Promoters of M/s, Dhyey Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. and Dhyey Consulting Services Pvt Ltd.
