Adah Sharma gives diet advice. Says if you follow it you can lose upto 20 kgs a month

Adah Sharma who is fresh out of the blockbuster success of The Kerala Story .

The Kerala story is the highest grossing of female lead films till date . She followed it up with Commando on Hotstar and fans loved her action avatar 

Known for her action image from the commando franchise, Adah will be next seen in an international project  playing a female super hero .

Adah will also be Seen as the lead in season 2 of a very popular web series and 2 more big films to be announced soon .

Sharing a hilarious video on instagram Adah seen feeding her breakfast to monkeys in the forest says that if you want to lose weight you should give someone else your food .

Fans have always loved her quirky sense of humour.

Adah Sharma who surprises us with each project with a  different avataar in every film from her Bollywood debut 1920 to her south projects .

EFC accelerates growth, opens new office spaces in Mumbai and Pune
