NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen announces Excelerate 2.0: Unlocking Tech In the Real Estate

Mumbai, 28th July, 2023: The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Maharashtra NextGen is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated annual event, Excelerate 2.0, set to take place on 4th August 2023 in Mumbai. With the theme "Unlocking Tech In the Real Estate," Excelerate 2.0 aims to explore and celebrate the transformative role of technology in revolutionizing the real estate sector. 

The Indian real estate industry is rapidly progressing towards reaching the $1 trillion mark by 2030. This impressive growth is driven by the increasing awareness among people, particularly with millennials, as nearly 52% of them consider real estate as a superior asset class due to its lucrative advantages. As a result, more tech-savvy young Indians are diverting their attention towards investing in properties, setting the stage for a technological revolution in the real estate sector. 

The growth of the real estate industry can be attributed to significant advancements in technology, which have brought about enhanced efficiency, improved customer experiences, and increased profitability. Various technological innovations, such as property management systems, virtual tours, AI-driven property valuation, and blockchain-powered transactions, have revolutionized the management, purchase, and sale of real estate. 

Excelerate 2.0 will serve as a platform to delve deeper into the power of technology within the real estate industry. Excellent Classes organises 34th edition of HUES, felicitates its meritorious students
