Bijay J Anand shares an inspiring quote on the importance of living in the present and not overthinking about the future, read details

Bijay J Anand is a multi-dynamic personality who inspires one and all with his art. He wears the hat of an actor, International yoga guru and art consultant and most importantly, his words of wisdom always inspire people across all age groups. Any words of wisdom or insights that he shares from his end is taken seriously by the youth and no wonder, his suggestion and advice matters.

In one of his social media posts in July, Bijay J Anand shared an insightful quote on the importance of living in the present while simultaneously not worrying too much about the future. His post reads,

"I never planned or worried about my future. I was too busy living in the present."

Well, the quote certainly stands true in today's time when people often feel overburdened about the pressure of future. While it is easier said than implemented, the idea is certainly to encourage the youth to move forward in the right direction. Regarding his teachings and belief about life, Bijay says and we quote,

"This is something I have believed always right from the very beginning. I feel there's no point in spoiling your present while thinking about future which you anyway can't control. You can't even predict what's going to happen in the next 10 mins. Everything is unpredictable. So you never know. I feel acknowledging the idea is the first step towards making this a reality so that the thought process develops in the long run."
