Mumbai c.c. will clash with Ours C.A. in finals

Mumbai, 27th April : Mumbai Cricket Club and Ours Cricket Academy will clash in the finals for the Rajsingh Dungarpur Cup under 15 Cricket Tournament, organized by CCI at Braborne Stadium tomorrow (Friday) morning. In their last league match today Mumbai Cricket Club beat Salgaonkar Sports Club by 112 runs to remain unbeaten in group “A” with six points. In group “B” Ours Cricket Academy secured number one spot on best quotient as three teams (Sanjeevani C.A., Dream 11 Vengsarkar C.A. & Ours C.A.) were locked on 4 points each.

Mumbai Cricket Club while batting first scored 173/3 in 20 overs. Svanik Waghdhare hit quickfire 69 runs in 36 balls with 10 fours and one six. He in the company of Dhairyasheel Deshmukh ( not out 47) added 108 runs for the third wicket. Aarav Thakkar also made 27 runs. When Salgaonkar Sports Club started their inning they were never looked like chasing this target and were restricted to 61/8 in 20 overs. Apart from Vihan Keswani 12, Aarush Chaddha 24 and Tanay Nagarkar 10 their none other batsman could contribute to their score. Saad Khan took 3 wickets for 9 runs. As expected Swanik Waghdhare was declared as man of the match and was given award at the hands of CCI Chief Human Resource Officer Jaikishan Kumthekar.

Today the finals will be played from 9.30 a.m. onwards at Braborne Stadium.
